 SOLD!

Born 4-25-19 “Genie” is a bay stallion with a white blaze, 2 hind white socks, a white left front pastern and a right front coronet band. We have chosen two movie themes this year to name our foals.  One movie is Mulan and in coordination with the remake of Aladdin coming to theaters soon, the other is Aladdin characters. Genie is a comedic,larger-than-life spirit that lives in a bottle.

His dam, Whizzin Lena aka Whiz is an older mare we purchased from Ryan Smith at Fleetwood Farms because we have always wanted a Topsail Whiz daughter! So when she became available to us, we grabbed her in hopes to retain some daughters out of her to cross back on any of our stallions! Bred at Bob Loomis Quarter Horses in Oklahoma, Whiz is a very well-bred reining mare.  Sired by Topsail Whiz and out of a mare by Justa Doc Olena by Doc O Lena, this mare was third in the South Country Derby Non-Pro division in 2001 and won the Non-Pro Reining Futurity at the Canadian Supreme in Red Deer, Alberta. Whiz’s earnings total $8,112.00 including NRHA $3,754. She also has four performing foals. Her sire Topsail Whiz is in the Hall of Fame, a NRHA money earner, AQHA World Show Qualifier, AQHA Leading Sire and ROM Performance. His offspring have also earned many accomplishments as well including World Champion Offspring, Reserve World Champion Offspring, NRHA Futurity Champion Offspring, Superior Performance Offspring, ROM Performance Offspring, NRHA Money-earners, NCHA Money-earners, NRCHA Money-earners, Halter Point Earners and NRHA Six Million Dollar Sire. Her 2017 foal was as buckskin dun stallion, Goldun Topsail. He is a very nice colt who is sticking around our place for right now to watch him grow out. Whiz is in very good shape for her age and we will continue to breed in hopes for a daughter to keep

This is Whiz’s first foal by Whoop Up Whiskey. ‘Whoop’ is a 2010 son of Paddys Irish Whiskey and out of a great John Scott mare, My Little Sugar Babe. The Paddys Irish Whiskey horses are making a name for themselves in everything from cutting to cowhorse events to roping horses and are very versatile.  A key difference between Whoop Up Whiskey and our other PIW son, TRR Paddys Texas Gin, is the dam pedigree. While both dams go back to Doc O Lena, Whoop’s goes to Doc O Dynamite who also stood at the John Scott Ranch. Doc O Dynamite was an Equi-State leading cutting sire from 1999-2005 who produced money earners and according to his performance record, his daughters have produced many money earning foals in AQHA, NCHA, NRHA and NRCHA. Doc O Dynamite has a pedigree that traces back to Three Bars giving a bit more stretch and speed to his offspring and shows up on the pedigree of many arena and speed event horses. Whoop Up Whiskey aka Whoop brings that little more height and length and speed to our program as compared to TRR Paddys Texas Gin. He has excellent bone, athleticism and conformation. His lineage tells us that his offspring will have cow and will be capable of performing at any level. Whoop’s foals are breaking out really kind and level headed.

“Don’t miss a chance to COWBOY UP with a WHISKEY UP foal!”

Genie has now been gelded and is sale pending with our trainer for a performance prospect.
