Born 6-2-08. Here we go---this is the colt to look at!!  This colt could be a stallion prospect.  “Bugs” was born dark red with a star and one white ankle.  He is really built and very much a noticeable standout in the pasture.  He might be a June colt, but his mama has a ton of milk and he’s big and strong.  Mr Salty Peponita, Peponita and Hollywood Gold are all impressing, but take a look at his mother.  Rocket Wrangler (sire of Dash For Cash), Bugs Alive In 75 and Triple Jill by Triple Chick by Three Bars.  His mother is one of the nicest mares to handle for vaccinations or colt gentling.  She doesn’t get worried about too much.  This colt should be able to go anywhere, but we sure hope ropers and barrel racers take a look a him.  You won’t be disappointed.

UPDATE 6-4-09.  This colt continued to be an awesome, noticeable stand out.  He shed off very, very dark chestnut last fall, but lightened this spring.  He's still a deep chestnut.  Bugs moves like at athlete.  Take a look at his nice short back and beautiful head with a nice, wide forehead.  He is 81.5% foundation and eligible for registry with NFQHA.  We have felt all along that this colt is a stallion prospect and he has a wonderful disposition.

Bugs has been sold and is heading to Kansas where he will get the opportunity to develop as a stallion prospect, see some roping, cowhorse events, trail riding, ranching and all round activities.  Thanks Keith and good luck!
